What is the best way to store my OG UNIT?
A wig stand or mannequin is ideal. It will help keep the hair from becoming tangled and will help to maintain shape and help with longevity of your unit.
What is the process to ordering a custom OG unit?
Step 1: We recommend you schedule a consultation with our master stylist. Your consultation can be done virtually or at our salon. This is a one on one session with our hair expert who is knowledgable on are units, which unit with fit with your lifestyle, which colors are most flattering your skin tone and/or best methods to reaching your personal hair goal.
Step 2: Place your order, and set an appointment time for you to get your luxurious unit installed. If you are not able to make it into our suit, you will place the order and set up another virtual call to instruction
Step 3: We will call you when your unit is ready. You can either pick it up and we’ll fit it on you or we can mail it to you.In this appointment you will be educated on the proper care of your new October Glory unit.
What should I do with my hair underneath my OG unit?
The goal is to get your hair to be as fit as possible. braiding your hair will allow for a flat natural install, they help with excess to your scalp for you to moisturize and braids will keep your hair organized under your unit. You can do cornrows or single braids. In our October Glory Subscription plan we take care of everything for you.
